| | T-Mobile is the best cell phone company that has earned my business. I can't even think of any drawbacks, they are so good.
Their rate plans are cheap. All nationwide.
The customer service is so good, I actually make friends with their reps. Thank you, reps 110445, 12256, and 297953. And 134233, enjoy the snow there in Colorado. It's much better than the humidity here in Tx, believe me. The reps are available 24/7. And EVERY ONE I've called has ALWAYS gone to great lengths to make me happy.
The bills are easy to read, and there are no mysterious "Scr. U. Fee $50.00" thingies. Everything is spelled out.
I have been with Sprint and Cingular, and neither one come close. On a bad day, I think TMobile would STILL beat either one on THEIR good days!
It is nice to trust someone and know everything will be ok. I hope my clients think the same thing of me.
